Review Tab - Overview

Once you've captured video for a presentation, you then review and optionally edit the presentation.  The Review Tab allows you to preview your presentation as you viewers will see it.  You can also perform certain editing functions on what has been captured.  You can add, edit, or delete slides as well as run an automated OCR process to have all text automatically extracted and indexed.

Video Playback Area - Provides a video preview of the captured video for the current presentation.  Video playback is controlled via the Media Controls (Play, Pause, Seek Bar) -  SEE Item 8 below

Presentation Thumbnails- Lists each captured image/slide in the current presentation as a small thumbnail image.  Clicking a thumbnail will change the current slide and move the video file to that point in the presentation.

Presentation Tools - These 3 buttons provide the ability to Spell Check each slide's titles and text, Scan / OCR a presentation's slides for conversion into text, and the ability to quickly edit the index or table of contents your viewer will see for this presentation.

Manage Slides Buttons - These buttons allow you to Add, Edit or Delete individual slides.

Import / Export Buttons - These buttons allow you to export a captured video file from the current presentation as well import a Windows Media file into the current presentation.

Current Working Slide - This label indicates the current slide you are previewing or editing if use choose use the Manage Slides buttons.

Current Slide Preview Area - Displays an enlarged image of the current slide.  The current slide is displayed when choosing a slide thumbnail or when the Media Controls seek bar moves to a point in the video file that contains the related slide.

Media Controls - Allows you to playback or pause the video file associated with the current presentation.  You may also seek to different points in the video.  As you seek through the video, the current slide will automatically synchronize (display in the Slide Preview Area), so that you preview video and slide synchronization as your viewers will see it.
