Recording Controls

The Recording Controls consist of 3 buttons for Recording, Pausing and Stopping the capture of the Current Presentation.

 

Recording Controls

1.   Record button - Starts presentation recording which includes the recording of Audio and Video as well as the capture of Images from the attached Image source.

2.   Pause button - Pauses recording which also ensures that no audio, video, or images are captured while Paused

3.   Stop button - Stop recording audio, video and images for the current presentation

 

 

 

To begin recording a presentation:

 

1.   Click the Record button

 

recordingcontrolsb2Note:  A small initialization window will appear temporarily as the audio/video and image capture devices initialize

2.   Sit back and allow the speaker(s) to give the presentation.  Monitor the presentation using the MC-100 Monitoring Tools

3.   Click the Stop button - once the speaker(s) have finished

 

 

recordingcontrolsb4Note: If the Current Presentation contains a media file, you will be asked if you'd like to overwrite the existing media file.  If you choose Yes the previously recorded media file for the Current Presentation will be overwritten and cannot be recovered.

To pause a presentation as it is being recorded:

 

1.   Click the Pause button

2.   The Presentation Status Bar will change to indicate a Paused state

3.   To resume recording click the Record button

 

 

 

 

To stop recording a presentation:

 

1.   Click the Stop button

2.   You will be prompted to confirm that you want to Stop recording.  If you click No, Recording will continue

recordingcontrolsb8Note: If you choose Yes to Stop Recording - a small initialization window will appear temporarily as the audio/video file is saved.  Please wait until it closes.

3.   The Presentation Status Bar will change to indicate that the Current Presentation has been captured
