Also within the Preferences window, you have the ability to further customize how your presentations will be published. There are 3 areas of customization:
1. Slide Dimensions
2. MP3 support
3. Branding/Player Banner Image
To adjust/set publish settings:
1. Click the menu option Tools --> Preferences...
2. From Preferences window Click the Publish Settings tab:
3. Under each of the publish customization options - Choose your desired setting
4. Click Ok when finished
Slide Dimensions

Player Slide Size - Determines the width and height of the main slide which appears to the right of the video area in a published presentation player window Defaults: Width: 500 Height: 375
Thumbnail Size - Determines the width and height of the slide thumbnails which appear below the main slide in a published presentation player window Defaults: Width: 160 Height: 120

Publish MP3 |
Yes - This will automatically generate an MP3 audio only file for each presentation contained within a project. A link to the MP3 file will appear on the Project Summary Page and the file will be located in the published presentation folder.
No - MP3 files will not be published

Player Banner Image |
This setting allows you to customize the look of your published presentations. Setting a Player Banner image adds an image above the main slide in a published presentation. See below:
To add a banner, Click the Select Banner... button and browse to an image file on your system. Make sure the image you choose is 600 pixels wide by 60 pixels high. Click Ok to once you're finished.
If you do not to have a custom banner image (the default setting), simply Click the Do not display banner image checkbox.
