MC-100 Project Files

MC-100 Project files have the file extension .MC100 and are denoted in Windows Explorer by an icon with a grey media play button enclosed by a circle.  By default MC-100 Project Files are stored at:

..\My Documents\MC-100\

Note: The locations for where MC-100 Project files as well as published projects may be changed to other locations on disk or even onto a network drive.  We do recommend you stick with the default storage locations until you become more comfortable with the concepts of working with Projects and Publishing.

MC-100 Published Projects and Presentations

Within the MC-100 folder, there is another folder named Published Projects.  This is the default location for storing published projects.  Within the Published Projects folder, there are separate folders for each published project.  As you can see below, each folder represents a published version of an MC-100 Project.

Within each Published Project folder you find that project's published presentations:  In the example below, we are viewing the HR Traning Workshop published folder.  As you can see, this project contains 2 presentations as denoted by the 2 folders (401K Enrollment Process and Understanding the new Benefits Plan).  This folder also contains a file named index.html - this is the Project Summary Page that lists each project's presentation details and provides an easy way to launch a published presentation.
