1. The Image Input area displays "No signal detected"
This issue typically occurs when a laptop or other VGA device is not properly connected to the MC-100's image capture card located in the back of the unit.
Ensure that your VGA image source is properly connected via a VGA cable. Ensure that all connections are firmly inserted.
If you're connection appears correct then use the Reconnect Devices... command from the Tools menu within the MC-100 Operator Console.
If these steps have not resolved the issue, try the following:
1. Connect the VGA image device to the MC-100's frame capture card, ensuring a firm connection on both ends
2. Exit the MC-100 Operator Console
3. Reboot Windows (keep the VGA device connected to the MC-100 during reboot)
4. With the VGA device still connected to the MC-100 - Launch the MC-100 Operator Console
5. The Image Input area should now display the VGA device's screen
