By default, the MC-100 is configured to automatically capture 3 media types Audio, Video, and Images using the 3 default devices attached to the system:

1.   Osprey 100 Video capture card - which your Sony PTZ camera is connected to

2.   On board Intel sound card - which your microphone is connected to

3.   Epiphan System frame capture card You may select alternative devices to capture Audio/Video/Images on the MC-100.   The second tab allows you to specify your desired Capture Devices.

 

However, the MC-100 is not limited to the default devices.  You may specify alternative device options for capturing the 3 media types.  For example, you can connect a web cam or alternative camera device into the MC-100 and use that device for video capture.

 

 

To adjust/set your capture devices:

 

1.   Click the menu option Tools --> Preferences...

2.   From Preferences window Click the Capture Devices tab:

3.   Under each media device type: Video Capture, Audio Capture, or Image Capture - Choose your desired device from the drop-down list

4.   Click Ok when finished
