MCS Professional Services - Complete webcast services

"FULL" Event Services

We will capture your event and provide you with a completed rich-media presentation that meets your requirements. We have several methods within our FULL SERVICE group that will provide you with the desired level of service you require. With our technology and capabilities, we can offer contracted services ranging from a one-hour presentation to a five-day medical conference, with multiple concurrent sessions.

Revenue Sharing

One of the most popular services we offer is the method of revenue sharing by selling completed CDs, DVDs or MP3 files on-site. A base cost is determined by several factors, such as size of the conference, number of rooms to be recorded, location, number of days and attendance. After the cost is recovered, all sales revenues, both during and after the conference, (we put the file on our Web site for on-demand access), are shared on a pre-agreed basis.

Post Processing

We provide you with a choice of options that you can select from for your post-production needs. The post-processing services support your MC-100 system or provide you with additional resources when you have a large job to complete, including a tight production schedule. The post-production service cost is determined by three factors; the MC-100 unit you have, the resources that you require and what type of services you want.

Transcript Service

Sometimes the need for the actual spoken words that the presenter used during their presentation is a necessity. The presentation may be technical, scientific or medical and the presenter may have a foreign accent or poor articulation and the audience needs to know exactly what was said. Words from slide titles or material on the slides is not sufficient. Y. Seoj can provide two methods from its transcription service, either slide-by-slide or a full transcript. Both can be completed as "JUST-IN-TIME" or "ARCHIVE".

Closed Captioning

Unlike transcripts, closed captioning is a real-time process and displays text versions of the spoken word. We receive a live audio feed and have a specialist who, with the proper equipment who can transcribe over 250 words per minute. Closed captioning is now a legal requirement with the enactment of ADA and the 508 regulations. Government agencies and educational institutions are mandated to include closed captioning.
